By accessing or using PaintWorkz Pro you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property
PaintWorkz Pro is created and owned by Colin Bedford. All code, design, and content is the intellectual property of Colin Bedford. Unauthorised copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Licence
A non-exclusive, non-transferable licence is granted to use the App solely for managing your painting business. This does not permit resale, sub-licensing, or redistribution of the App itself.

4. Data & Privacy
Your data is stored in your Firebase account and local device storage. The Owner does not access, sell, or share your business data. You are responsible for maintaining backups.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty. No guarantees are made regarding uptime, data retention, or fitness for purpose. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.

7. Subscription & Payment
Where a subscription applies, access is contingent on current payment. Pricing may be modified with 30 days notice.

8. Termination
The Owner may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms.
