Enter your cost per litre for each base. The Reports tab calculates litres used from your job SQM ÷ coverage rate — these $/L figures are then multiplied to get total paint cost. Tinter grams in your formulas are separate and not used here.

Configure door colour multipliers and delivery region charges. ?Set the % surcharge for Standard, Light, Dark and Extra Tint colours. Also set delivery region flat fees and clear coat rates — these all appear in the charges popup before generating any PDF.

Select which forms to include when completing a job. Only checked forms will be generated in the batch PDF.
Configure default timeline durations for each job phase. ?Set the default number of days for Measure, Sand 1, Undercoat, Sand 2, Inspect, Topcoat and Complete. Applies to every new job — override per-job by tapping Edit on any row in the Schedule tab.
Add holiday periods, annual leave, or shop closures. Job duration metrics will automatically exclude these non-working days for accurate reporting.
